The service

Sound Bubbles lets you listen to, arrange, save, and share ambient sound gardens. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your content

• You keep ownership of gardens and uploads you create.
• By publishing a garden publicly, you grant Sound Bubbles a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and stream it so others can open your share link.
• You must only upload or link media you have the right to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or malware content.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Do not impersonate others or manipulate votes, plays, or comments.
• Do not reverse-engineer protected assets to clone the service.

Accounts

Sign-in is optional for listening; some features (server uploads, cloud sync) require Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend access for abuse or legal requirements.

Third-party media

YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, and other linked platforms are governed by their own terms. Sound Bubbles is not responsible for third-party availability or policy changes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Ambient audio and articles are for relaxation and education, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Use at your own risk; keep volume at safe levels.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sound Bubbles and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
